Prime Minister Imran Khan, on Saturday, reiterated his government’s continuing support for overseas Pakistanis and revealed that 250,000 Pakistanis have been repatriated and brought back so far.
PM Imran Khan took to social media to reveal that so far 250,000 Pakistanis who were stranded in various countries, have been repatriated and brought back.
“Despite massive disruptions in global air travel, we have fulfilled our promise of bringing back stranded Pakistanis and our overseas workers,” he tweeted.

The premier further stressed upon the government’s commitment towards supporting Pakistani diaspora around the world in every way possible.
It is to be noted that the government has facing severe criticism as hundreds of thousands of Pakistanis are stranded in various countries around the world due to coronavirus travel restrictions.
