Lyari gang war leader Uzair Baloch has been indicted in Arshad Pappu murder case by ATC in Karachi on Wednesday (today).
Lyari gang war kingpin Uzair Baloch has been indicted by an Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Karachi in Arshad Pappu murder case.
Uzair Baloch has denied the charges, requesting the judge who recorded his confessional statement, to submit an affidavit and appear before the court.
Baloch throughout the case, has maintained that he did not record any confessional statement in the case.
During the hearing at the Judicial Complex at Karachi Central Jail, the court inquired about the implementation of Jail Manual to allow Uzair Baloch to meet his family.
The court has directed the prosecution to present its witnesses on the next hearing and adjourned case till September 14th .
Prior to this, ATC on Uzar Baloch’s request had directed the government to transfer him to Mitha Ram Hostel due to lack of basic facilities at Karachi Central Jail.
Uzair Baloch is accused and facing trial for 16 murders, including one of Arshad Pappu, who alleged perpetrator behind the murder of Uzair Baloch’s father.
