Lyari gang war leader Uzair Baloch, on Monday, denied recording any confessional statement, refuted all murder charges during court hearing.
Uzair Baloch on Monday, appeared before an anti-terrorism court in Karachi regarding Arshad Pappu murder case and refuted the claims of him recording any confessional statement under section 164 of Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC).
The lyari gang war kingpin also denied all murder charges and stated, “I swear to God, I have committed no murder.”
It is to be noted that Uzair Baloch is under trial for 16 murders, including one of Arshad Pappu, who alleged perpetrator behind the murder of Uzair Baloch’s father.

During the hearing, the ATC judge asked Uzair Baloch if he would retract his statement in the future, to which the gangster didn’t respond.
The court, due to the absence of defense counsel, has adjourned the case till the last week of July.
