Three people were reportedly killed in a blast in Karachi’s Haji Lemo Goth, a locality behind Patel Hospital in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, on Wednesday evening.
While confirming the number of casualties, police said that two including a minor girl were also injured in the attack.
East deputy inspector general said that the perpetrator of the blast was carrying a grenade, which exploded in his hand. He said that the person killed in the explosion is being suspected to be the one who held the grenade.
