Three doctors have been diagnosed with COVID-19 at the Women and Children Hospital, Charsaddah.
According to Dr Ahsan, the three personnel who have tested positive for coronavirus also include the hospital’s Medical Superintendent (MS) and two doctors.
The infected individuals have been shifted into quarantine, he added.
It is to be noted that around 462 healthcare professionals have been diagnosed with coronavirus in Pakistan, including 231 doctors, 68 nurses and 173 other relevant staff. Meanwhile 94 healthcare professionals have recovered from the virus, 138 are recieiving treatment at various medical facilities and 219 are in self-isolation at their homes.
A total of 112healthcare professionals have been affected with coronavirus in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including 58 doctors, 14 nurses and 40 paramedical staff.
