The federal government has provided a new consignment of Corona vaccine to the provinces.
According to details, a new consignment of Corona vaccine was provided to the provinces by the federation. Sources said that Corona vaccine was sent to the provinces by air and road while the vaccine consignment was sent to Sindh and Balochistan by air.
Sources in the Ministry of Health said that Corona vaccine was sent to the provinces in cold chain containers.
According to sources, the federation decided to keep more than one lakh corona vaccine doses safe, Punjab was provided 615,000 doses, Sindh 225,000 doses, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 130,000 doses and Balochistan 50,000 doses.
65,000 doses were sent to the health department of Islamabad, 60,000 doses to Azad Kashmir and 25,000 doses of vaccine to Gilgit-Baltistan.
