Sindh’s COVID-19 tally, on Tuesday, surpassed 31,000 mark with 31,086 confirmed coronavirus cases across the province.
Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, in a statement said that 1,439 new coronavirus cases have been reported in the province within last 24 hours taking the province’s tally to 31,086 COVID-19 cases.
According to details, a total of 5,454 coronavirus tests were conducted in the past 24 hours, of which 1,439 came back positive for the novel virus.

CM Sindh also revealed that a total of 192,546 coronavirus tests have been conducted in the province so far. Breaking down the area wise division of 1,439 new coronavirus cases, Murad Ali Shah stated that 1,035 cases belong to Karachi alone, with 242 cases in District East, Malir – 139, South – 167, Central – 166, Korangi – 263 and 58 new cases in District West.
Meanwhile 40 new coronavirus cases have been reported in Sukkur, 33 in Khairpur, Ghotki – 27, Hyderabad – 47, Larkana – 50, Benazirabad – 17, Badin – 15, Sanghar – 12, Jamshoro – 9 and five coronavirus cases in Sujawal and Shikarpur and three in Jacobabad and Dadu respectively.
