Sindh has received Rs 220 million worth of medical equipment from World Health Organization (WHO).
The medical equipment donated by WHO includes double cabin vehicles, mobile vaccination vans and will also cater to the renovation of 345 vaccination centers across the province.
Dr Palitha Mahipala – WHO Representative in Pakistan personally handed over the medical equipment to Sindh Health Minister Dr Azra Pechoho at EPI Sindh Headquarters.
Expressing her views, Sindh Health Minister Dr Azra Pechoho expressed gratitude to WHO for its continuous assistance in the health sector for the people of Sindh.
Furthermore, she urged the international body to facilitate Sindh Health Department in COVID-19 vaccination process.
