Karachi: Sindh government has announced to ease lockdown directives after April 14.
Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani, on Tuesday, announced that the provincial government aims to ease lockdown directives after April 14.
According to the provincial minister, the government will revise lockdown measures and aims to provide leniency to various sectors which will then be allowed to resume their operations after April 14.
Earlier, in wake of continuous surge in COVID-19 cases, Sindh government, on April 3, had extended its province-wide lockdown directives to April 14
Educational institutions in the province had been ordered to remain closed till May 31.
Sindh has reported second highest COVID-19 cases in the country, with 986 patients. So far 18 coronavirus related deaths have been recorded in the province.
