Karachi: Sindh government on Tuesday, announced a 20 per cent cut in private schools’ fees for the months of April and May amid COVID-19 lockdown.
“It has been decided that it is mandatory for every school to grant concession of at least 20 per cent in the tuition fee of students for the months of April and May – 2020, in order to ultimately provide financial relief to the parents/guardians due to lockdown,” read the notification issued by Sindh government.
Parents have been advised to register their complaints on following numbers in case of non-compliance by school administrations.

Prior to this, Punjab government had also directed private schools to provide 20 per cent concession to students/parents for the months of April and May due to province-wide lockdown.
