Karachi: A delegation of DHA-CESS called on Sindh Education Minister, Syed Sardar Ali Shah and discussed various issues of interest. The delegation included DHA Executive Director Brigadier Muhammad Arshad Khan, Muhammad Azhar Rafi, Junaid Farooq and Alina Raza.
On this occasion, the members of the delegation gave briefings to the Minister of Education and Culture and explained in detail about their current and future proposed programs.
He gave a briefing on his Teacher Training Programs and Student Exchange Programs through his presentations and expressed interest in collaborating with the Sindh Government Education Department on this.
On the occasion, Education Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah appreciated their programs and said that many steps have been taken recently by the Education Department to improve the quality of education in Sindh.
On this occasion, he said that the Sindh government is recruiting the largest number of more than 56 thousand teachers through the testing process, now making induction training schedules for new teachers.
He added that STEDA is working with other institutions including Aga Khan University for teacher training and licensing. can.
The Education Minister said that in the meeting between the STEDA officers and the DHA delegation, all the issues should be looked into in detail and a MoU should be drafted.
