COVID-19 restrictions across Sindh have been eased from Monday (today) following the approval from Sindh government.
As per details, Sindh government has eased its COVID-19 restrictions in wake of significant drop in COVID-19 cases and positivity rate in the province.
As per the eased COVID-19 restrictions, shrines, indoor gyms, swimming pools and amusement parks have been allowed to reopen from today. Furthermore, restaurants and eateries have been allowed to carry out 24 hours delivery services.
Shrines of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar and Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai have also reopened from today, with the visitors subjected to strict COVID-19 SOPs.
People visiting shrines must wear face masks, maintain social distancing and ensure the use of hand sanitizers, said the notification issued by Sindh Auqaf Department.
However, Children and elderly citizens have been barred from visiting the shrines beside a ban on free-meals distribution (Langar) within the premises of shrines.
