Security forces on Tuesday (today), gunned down TTP terrorist responsible for killing of four women NGO workers in North Waziristan on Monday a day earlier.
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces conducted an intelligence based operation (IBO) and gunned down Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) militant Hassan alias Sajna who is said to have been responsible for killing four women NGO workers in Mir Ali a day earlier.
Terrorist Hassan aka Sajna belonged to TTP’s Hafiz Gul Bahadur group and was involved in innumerable anti-state activities such as attacks on security forces and civilians, extortion, kidnapping for ransom, target killings, use of IEDs and recruitment of militants.
Security forces have also recovered huge cache of arms and ammunition during the operation.
The development comes as earlier, militants had opened fire on a car killing four women NGO workers near Ippi village, Mirl Ali North Waziristan.
