The Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan, on Thursday, turned downed the petition filed by Sarfraz Bugti seeking interim bail in kidnapping case.
During the hearing Justice Qazi Muhammad Amin Ahmed remarked that the powerful senator has not been apprehended in six-months and reprimanded Sarfraz Bugti’s lawyer of the proceedings of the case so far.
The court urged the prosecution to find and present the girl in the court.

The top court then turned downed the interim-bail petition and adjourned the case till July 4.
It is pertinent to know that Sarfraz Bugti is accused of being a facilitator in the kidnapping of a nine-year-old girl. .
