The central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee is scheduled to meet on April 13th for Ramazan moon sighting.
As per the issued notification, Chairman Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Moulana Abdul Khabir Azad has summoned the session on April 13th regarding Ramazan moon sighting.
Meanwhile the meeting of zonal and district committees would take place at their respective headquarters.
This will be the first time Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee session will be chaired by newly appointed Moulana Abdul Khabir Azad who replaced Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman in December last year.
Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted that Ramazan moon is likely to be sighted on April 13th as the weather is expected fair or partly cloudy in most parts of the country on the particular evening.
The new moon of Ramadan, 1442 AH will born on crossing conjunction point at 07-32 PST on 12 April 2021, said PMD.
