Pakistan, on Tuesday, reported a record highest 111 COVID-19 deaths taking the total number of coronavirus casualties to 2,839.
According to the latest coronavirus statistics issued by National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), a record highest 111 COVID-19 deaths, have been reported within the last 24 hours along with 4,443 new cases.
Pakistan’s coronavirus tally stands at 148,321 cases, with 56,390 recoveries and 89,692 active cases.

Province wise distribution of the cases reveals that Punjab has been the worst hit province with 55,878 COVID-19 cases, followed by Sindh – 55,581, Balochistan – 8,327, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa – 18,472, Gilgit Baltistan – 1,143, Islamabad – 8,857 and Azad Kashmir has recorded 663coronavirus cases so far.
Punjab has reported 1,081 COVID-19 related deaths, Sindh – 853, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa – 707, Balochistan – 85, Islamabad – 83, Gilgit Baltistan – 17 and 13 individuals have succumbed to coronavirus in Azad Kashmir so far.
