Expressing his views Haleem Adil Sheikh said that four of his associates and party workers are still incarcerated and he will be meeting them to express solidarity.
It is pertinent to know that Haleem Adil Sheikh was arrested on February 16th over accusations of interfering in an anti-encroachment operation in Karachi’s Memon Goth and bringing weapons to a polling station during the Malir by-elections.
While in detention, the senior PTI leader has accused PPP government of torture and political victimization. A four-feet long snake was kept in his cell, and more than 50 men were sent to beat him, he had claimed.
