Protests and demonstrations were held on Sunday in various cities across Sindh against the death of 11 Pakistani Hindus in Jodhpur, India.
Hindu community in Pakistan on Sunday, protested against the death of 11 Pakistani Hindus in India. Protests were staged in Badin, Sajawal and several other cities across Sindh by various Hindu organizations.
The protesters demanded a through and neutral investigation over the matter and said that they will protest and stage demonstrations outside Indian Embassy in Islamabad if their demands are not met.
Prior to this, Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs had summoned Indian envoy to voice serious concerns over the death of 11 Pakistani Hindus including women and children under mysterious circumstances in Indian state of Rajhastan in village Haridasot, Jodhpur on August 9 2019 last year.
Shirimiti Mukhi, the daughter of the deceased family, had claimed that India is not duly addressing the incident and accused Indian intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW) of being involved in the killings.
