Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz’s (PML-N) Khawaja Imran Nazir has been arrested in a case pertaining to clash outside NAB Lahore office.
According to details, police stopped MPA Khawaja Imran’s vehicle in Model Town Link Road and arrested him in NAB office attack case.
Meanwhile, PML-N leader Khawaja Imran Nazir has refused the allegations against him and terming it as political victimization.
PML-N senior leader Sardar Ayaz Sadiq and Khawaja Saad Rafique have reached Faisal Town police station where Khawaja Imran Nazir is being held.
The development comes as earlier, PML-N party workers and leaders had clashed with police outside NAB Lahore office on the occasion of Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s appearance before the accountability watchdog in land acquisition case.
Police has accused Khawaja Imran and other PML-N leaders of resorting to stoning and physical altercation against police and security officials.
The case also names Rana Sanaullah, Muhammad Zubair, Javed Latif, Bilal Yasin and others.
