I welcome US President elect Biden’s declared intent of a policy targeting dirty money, he tweeted.
Furthermore, PM Imran highlighted that developing countries are being impoverished by their corrupt elites who launder money to richer countries and offshore tax havens.
The development comes as earlier, US President-Elect Joe Biden in his article for Foreign Policy Affairs wrote about his intentions to strictly address the issue of illegal money and money laundering along with tax havens that have plagued the global financial system.
