Prime Minister Imran Khan has expressed displeasure over the unsatisfactory performance and response by authorities on the complaints registered on Citizens’ portal.
As per the details, PM Imran Khan has taken notice and reprimanded the officials on the neglect and unsatisfactory response and performance of Citizens’ Portal on the complaints made by Pakistanis on various issues.
Imran Khan has ordered an inquiry against the individuals responsible for such neglect. Furthermore, around 106,000 complaints are to be reopened on the grounds of people being dissatisfied from government measures.
It is to be noted that ‘Citizen’s Portal’ was launched back in 2018 on the directions of Prime Minister Imran Khan. The online portal serves as a multi-purpose single unit platform for all the Pakistanis to register their complaints regarding any and every issue. Relevant department is obligated to register those complaints, resolve it and submit a performance report as well.
People can lodge their complaints by downloading the mobile app of Pakistan Citizen Portal on their cell phones.
