The national carrier’s reduced fares will be applicable for flights pertaining to three major cities i.e. Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
As per the new fare rates, a flight to any of the aforementioned cities will cost Rs 7,400 (one-way) with a 20-kilogram cargo weight limit.
Meanwhile Rs 13,500 will be charged for two-way ticket, whereas the cargo limit will be 20-kilogram as before.
However, for an increased cargo weight limit of 35 kilograms, passengers will be charged RS 8,400 (one-way), and Rs 15,000 will be charged for a two-way ticket.
The new fare rates will be effective immediately, said the PIA spokesperson.
