Pakistan’s AI Company has launched a WhatsApp chatbot, named after the medieval Muslim scholar, who wrote more than 400 books in which 40 were on medicines only.
CEO of Samurrai – Bilal Qureshi said, In these challenging times, while our health care workers lead the efforts from the frontline, we need to do more in keeping our community informed, educated about self-help measures and facilitate Telehealth penetration. To do our bit, we are leveraging mainstream social media i.e. WhatsApp to keep our community informed.
Company has launched a bilingual conversational bot, Ibn Sina, to provide verified update stats, share preventive measures & self-care recommendations, and enable connectivity with our Telehealth service partners for free COVID-19 consultations.
Users can also use Ibn Sina to keep track of their symptoms by using our self-health-assessment module. We have also created useful infographics to keep users informed about preventive and self-care measures to mitigate risk of contracting Coronavirus.
Users can also learn about ways to contribute, such as volunteering or donating, in this fight against coronavirus by using Ibn Sina AI bot.
While more than 81% of the world’s 3.3 billion workforce remains under lockdown, let us all shine a light of hope and pray that the worst is over. As Ibn Sina once said, the more brilliant the lightning, the quicker it disappears.
