Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-chairperson and former President of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari, on Wednesday, criticized Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) government for its failed economic policies.
In a telephonic conversation with PPP leader Nayyar Bukhari, Zardari stated that the people are facing the brunt of government’s poor performance in the economic sector and its utter failure to control the inflation.
The two leaders discussed various national issues and pondered upon the current political scenario of the country.
In response to the queries and concerns regarding his health, Asif Ali Zardari said that his health is quite stable and he is feeling much better now. He expressed his gratitude towards party leaders and workers for their wishes and prayers.
The former President also went on to criticize the government’s failure to formulate any compact and uniform policy regarding coronavirus outbreak.
In addition to it, Mr Zardari highlighted government’s inability and lack of will towards solving the issue of locust attacks which has caused significant damage and loss to the crops and farmers respectively across the country.
