Pakistan, on Tuesday, received another personal protective equipment (PPEs) shipment from China.
According to details, chairman National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Lt-Gen Muhammad Afzal received the plane that landed in Islamabad carrying 150,000 N-95 masks and 1.5 million surgical masks.

Expressing his views on the occasion chairman NDMA Lt-Gen Muhammad Afzal stated that his team is sternly monitoring the virus situation in Peshawar and Karachi and NDMA plans to import another 2,000 beds till July 15.

Speaking to the media, Lt-Gen Muhammad Afzal revealed that NDMA has provided sufficient testing kits to provinces and that if the provinces conduct testing procedure in various shift throughout the day more than 100,000 coronavirus tests can be conducted per day.
