Pakistan has strongly condemned terrorist attack on Amrullah Saleh – First Vice President of Afghanistan.
In a statement, Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned terrorist attack on the convoy of Afghan Vice President Amrullah Saleh in Kabul on Wednesday (today).
“We extend heartfelt sympathies and condolences to bereaved families and pray for swift recovery of those wounded,” read the statement issued on social media by Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
At least 10 people are said to have been killed in a road side bomb attack on the convoy of Afghan First VP Amrullah Saleh in Kabul today.
According to details Amrullah Saleh, a former Afghan intelligence services head has received minor injuries and escaped with slight burns on his face and hand.
“This terrorist attack has failed and Saleh is safe and fine,” said Razwan Murad – a spokesperson for Amrullah Saleh.
No organization has so far taken responsibility for the attack.
