Opposition’s Pakistan Democratic Movement (PMD) is set to discuss ‘charter of Pakistan’ among other issues today.
Pakistan Democratic Movement’s (PDM) steering committee is scheduled to meet today at around 4 pm at Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) central secretariat today.
The meeting is expected to mull over proposals regarding ‘charter of Pakistan’ among other issues pertaining to the opposition parties’ alliance against government.
Furthermore, rescheduling of Quetta rally and decisions regarding other key positions of PDM will also be finalized during the meeting.
Quetta rally, which was originally scheduled to be held on October 11th, is now rescheduled to October 11th on behest of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) Chief Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman, President PMD.
Various opposition leaders including Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz, JUI-F Chief Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman and others are expected to address the rally.
