PESHAWER: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has ordered all out patient departments at tertiary care and district headquarter hospitals to be shut down in the province.
An official notification issued provincial health department by provincial health department directed all OPDs at public healthcare facilities in the province to be closed of April 1 and continue till April 13, while a ban on private clinics and hospitals has also been issued so that they can ensure proper arrangements for distancing and queues.
Hospitals are directed to use this time hospitals to strengthen their arrangements for patient care and coronavirus precautions.
