The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Contact Group on Jammu and Kashmir is set to hold a virtual emergency meeting on Jammu and Kashmir issue today.
As per the details, the organization will held a foreign ministerial meeting via video conference to discuss the current situation in Indian Occupied Kashmir.
The meeting will include representatives from Azerbaijan, Niger, Pakistan Saudi Arabia and Turkey.

“The meeting is part of a series of continuous Jammu and Kashmir Contact Group meetings to address the issue,” said OIC Secretary General Dr Yousef Al-Othaimeen.
It is to be noted that Indian government has used its troops to establish a totalitarian regime in the disputed territory to suppress Kashmiri dissent against the abrogation of Article 370 of Indian constitution.
