Prior to this, NAB court had issued bailable arrest warrants for Nawaz Sharif on May 29 in Tosakhana case.
It is to be noted that the accountability watchdog has accused Yousaf Raza Gilani of misusing his authority as the prime minister of Pakistan by allowing government vehicles to be used by Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari for their personal use.
Furthermore, Asif Ali Zardari is also accused of using fake bank accounts to pay for the cars, of which only 15 per cent of the total cost was paid, whereas Nawaz Sharif is accused of getting a government vehicle for his personal use back in 2008 when he did not hold any public office.
