National Youth Assembly Sindh held its parliamentary session on Tuesday (today) at Sindh Assembly building committee room and paid tribute to APS incident martyrs and Benazir Bhutto.
The session was attended by members from all across the province and also condemned ‘1971 Dhaka Fall’.
The meeting also lauded doctors and paramedical staff who have lost their lives while serving on the frontlines in the fight against the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic.
Furthermore, issues such as students’ academic loss due COVID-19 pandemic and its restrictions along with hurdles in online classes, educational reforms, legislation for 20 % reserved seats for youth in national and provincial assemblies, inflation and others.
A resolution was presented and approved after extensive debate, discussion for the establishment of a high-level committee for the aforementioned issues.
The meeting was attended by provincial assembly members including Shamim Mumtaz, Jamal Siddiqui whereas, Abid Zulfiqar – Joint Director Anti Narcotics Sindh was the chief guest.
