Nadir Gabol, the son of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Nabeel Gabol, on Friday, secured an interim bail from a local court in hit and run case.
As per the details, a local court has granted bail to Nadir Gabol and instructing him to deposit Rs 20,000 surety bond in a hit and run case registered against him.
The hit and run case has been filed by Haroon Khan, and an FIR has been lodged against Nadir Gabol at Sahil police station, Karachi.
The complainant has accused Nadir Gabol of hitting his motorcycle and then fleeing the scene in his black coloured vehicle.
Mr Haroon has claimed to receive injuries, along with his motorcycle being damaged in the incident as well.
Quoting the incident, Mr Haroon statet that he had traced the vehicle that had hit him and had reached out to the vehicle owner Nadir Gabol over the incident.
Giving details regarding his conversation with Nadir Gabol, Mr Haroon stated, “He confessed that he was driving the car and tell me, I am Nadir Gabol son of Nabil Gabol, ‘Do whatever you want to do.”
Expressing his views on the matter, Nadir Gabol has maintained his innocence and has responded by saying that a fake case has been registered against him by the accuser.
