Senior Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf member and MPA Haleem Adil Sheikh has responded to Peoples Party’s Murtaza Wahab’s claims against him, which earlier accused the former of spreading misinformation and propaganda.
Haleem Adil Sheikh, on Monday, refuted Sindh government spokesperson Murtaza Wahab’s claims against him regarding false propaganda and spreading misinformation, citing Murtaza Wahab as ‘minister for disinformation’.
Expressing his view on the letter written by Murtaza Wahab to FIA to look into false propaganda against Sindh government accusing it of bribery and extortion of traders and businessmen, Haleem Adil Sheikh stated that FIA should very well investigate such claims for then the truth will be revealed regarding Sindh government’s corruption.
Peoples party should focus on its own actions instead of accusing others of propaganda, he added.
Mr Sheikh went on to mentioning lyari gang war, stating that it was Peoples Party that supported and sponsored the notorious ‘peoples aman committee’.
CM Sindh Murad Ali Shah has sponsored and encouraged ‘fear and uncertainty’ amid COVID-19 crisis which should also be investigated, he noted.
Haleem Adil Sheikh announced that PTI intends to file a petition urging an inquiry and the formation of a joint investigaton team (JIT) to investigate possible corruption in the ration distribution drive being carried out by Sindh government.
