Pakistan Cricket Team’s all-rounder and former captain, Mohammad Hafeez has tested negative for COVID-19 on Wednesday, after being diagnosed with the novel virus a day earlier.
Mohammad Hafeez took to social media to announce that his coronavirus test from a private lab has come back negative just a day after he was declared COVID-19 positive in the screening done by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
“I personally went to Test it again along with my family and here I along with my all family members are reported Negative,” he tweeted.

Mohammad Hafeez expressed satisfaction over his health condition stating that he is ‘absolutely fine’ and even had been doing exercises as he has registered no symptoms of the novel virus.
It is to be noted that 10 Pakistani cricketers, including Mohammad Hafeez, Shadab Khan, Haris Rauf, Haider Ali, Fakhar Zaman, Imran Khan, Kashif Bhatti, Mohammad Hasnain, Mohammad Rizwan and Wahab Riaz had tested positive for coronavirus on Tuesday.
