Murtaza Wahab – spokesperson for the Sindh government announced that the April 23rd notification issued by the Home Department which declared that the lockdown restrictions imposed before Ramadan will be implemented till the end of the holy month, is valid till date.
“The notification is valid till date and there are no plans to take it back,” he noted.
Furthermore, Murtaza Wahab clarified that only few sectors/industries including online businesses have been allowed to resume operations on the conditions of strictly abiding by the standard operating procedures (SOPs) issued by the government.
