39 Union Councils (UCs) have been de-sealed after Sindh government lifted its smart lockdown directives at 12 am midnight.
Sindh government, upon the completion of 15-day period at 12 am midnight, announced to lift smart lockdown in 39 UCs which have now been de-sealed.
Sources say that the decision to lift smart lockdown and de-seal the areas have been made after these localities reported a significant drop in coronavirus cases.

The development comes as earlier, authorities had sealed various areas of the metropolitan city in its South, central, East, Malir and West Districts after several neighborhoods were identified as COVID-10 hotspots.
