At least one Sindh Rangers official has been martyred, with several others wounded in a blast in Karachi’s Orangi neighborhood on Monday (today).
As per details, one Sindh Rangers official has been martyred in an attack that took place in Karachi’s Orangi Town No 5.
The blast targeted Rangers’ vehicle while security personnel were busy in snap-checking.
Mominabad SHO Gul Mohammed Awan has confirmed that the blast originated from the bomb fitted in a nearby parked motorcycle.
Several other people have also been wounded in the blast. The injured have been shifted to the hospital for necessary medical treatment.
Security forces have cordoned off the area, further investigation is underway.
