Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting – Fawad Chaudhry has said that Indian terrorist network in Balochistan has largely been botched and now’s the time to set agenda for talks with Baloch separatists.
Fawad Chaudhry took to social media to announce that Indian-sponsored terrorist network in Balochistan has largely been countered and nullified.
The federal minister noted that the government will now decide upon the agenda for negotiations with Baloch separatists.
Fawad Chaudhry stressed that Balochistan holds a special place for PM Imran Khan. He also highlighted that 131 projects worth up to Rs 731 billion will be completed in Balochistan by federal government.
Meanwhile, provincial government’s development budget for this year alone is Rs 180 billion, added Fawad Chaudhry.
Prior to this, PM Imran Khan while on his one-day visit to Balochistan a day earlier, had also hinted upon engaging in negotiations with Baloch separatists.
Baloch separatists might have been upset with the state due to some past grievances or India might have used them to spread terror in Pakistan, but the situation has drastically changed as of now, concluded PM Imran Khan.
The premier was on a one-day visit to Balochistan and was speaking at the inauguration ceremony of Gwadar Free Zone Phase 2.
The prime minister had also inaugurated Expo Center and Agricultural Industrial Park in Gwadar.
