Senator Shibli Faraz – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, on Tuesday, stated that Indian ‘extremism’ has now been exposed to the world.
Shibli Faraz took to social media condemning the use of tear gas and pellet guns against Kashmiris who have been protesting for their basic ‘democratic rights’, stating that such use of force by Indian troops is an evident proof of Indian human rights violation in Kashmir valley.
“India cannot suppress Kashmiris’ right of self-determination by force’, he tweeted.
Expressing his views on the martyrdom of nine Kashmiri youth by Indian forces, Shibli Faraz termed the incident as appalling and a condemnable act of state brutality.

“The world is battling virus pandemic, while on the other hand Indian government is committing human rights violation,” he added.
It is to be noted that according to a Kashmir Media Service (KMS) report, more than 142 Kashmiris have been killed by Indian forces in the past 10 months.
