ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has received the original affidavit of Gilgit Baltistan’s (GB) former Chief Justice Rana Shamim.
According to the sources of IHC, DHL’s Couriers was sent from London to Islamabad. The details regarding affidavit will be shared in the upcoming hearing. The parcel was labelled as confidential and stated that it should not be opened by anybody else than Chief Justice.
Earlier, Islamabad High Court (IHC) had deferred the decision of indicting former Chief Judge of Gilgit Baltistan Rana Shamim in contempt of court case.
