Sindh government, on Friday, announced that online classes will be conducted in government schools across the province.
Initiative has been launched in cooperation with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and Microsoft which will include 75 master trainers who will then further guide and provide assistance to teachers to cope up with the dynamics of online teaching.

As per the notification issued by Sindh Education Department, initially online classes will be conducted for the government students of grade 6-12.

Technical expertise is also being sought to aid this venture, the notification added.
Furthermore, district directors have been directed to compile and submit data reports regarding students and teachers in their respective localities by June 17.
The decision comes as educational institutions have been instructed to remain closed till July 15 due to coronavirus outbreak in the country.
