Islamabad: Mr. Razak Dawood, advisor to Prime Minister on commerce, stated that government has neutralized the energy crisis in the country.
While speaking at a session on Industrial Cooperation under CPEC in Islamabad on Tuesday, he said, “Power shortfall has ended and now we have surplus energy.”
Abdul Razak Dawood continued that establishment of industrial complexes in Gwadar under CPEC will strengthen the export sector and that country’s progressive economic trajectory is a result of economic reforms introduced by PTI leadership.
Chinese Ambassador Yao Jing, who also attended the event and stressed upon the expansion of CPEC to education and agriculture sectors as well. Mr. Jing highlighted the importance of improvement needed in policy making, industrialization and infrastructure development for the country to experience economic growth and social development.
