Sindh government has linked government employees’ salaries with COVID-19 vaccination, warning that unvaccinated government employees will not receive salary dues.
As per details, CM Sindh Murad Ali Shah chaired a meeting of Provincial Task Force on COVID-19. The meeting mulled over COVID-19 situation in Sindh and increasing the vaccination process across the province.

CM Murad Ali Shah announced that Sindh government employees will not receive salaries if they fail to get COVID-19 vaccine jabs by the end of June.
The chief minister has directed chief secretary to give a month of June to all the government/semi-government/local government employees to get themselves inoculated against COVID-19.
Furthermore, Murad Ali Shah reaffirmed government’s aim to ensure the provision of at least 300 basic units to be declared as vaccination centers in the rural areas with a target of vaccinating 30,000 people per day.
The development comes as earlier, Sindh government on May 27th last month had announced its decision making COVID-19 vaccination mandatory for all government employees.
