Four Frontier Corps (FC) soldiers have been martyred in multiple terrorist attacks in Balochistan.
Four FC soldiers were martyred when terrorist attacked an FC checkpost near Pir Ismail Ziarat. During the exchange of fire, around four to five terrorist were killed, whereas six FC personnel were wounded.
In a separate incident, two FC soldiers were injured when an FC vehicle was targeted by improvised explosive device (IED) in Turbat.
Condemning the incident, ISPR said that such coward acts by inimical elements backed by anti-state forces and hostile intelligence agencies (HIAs) cannot sabotage hard-earned peace and prosperity in Balochistan.
Prime Minister Imran Khan has also condemned the attacks offering condolences to the families of the martyred soldiers.

The premier reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to tackle the scourge of terrorism to ensure a peaceful Balochistan.
We will continue our fight ag these terrorists and will not allow them to sabotage peace and dev in Balochistan, he said.
Prior to this, three FC soldiers were martyred in two in two separate terrorist attacks on May 9th last month.
