Five civilians are reported to have been injured in cross-border shelling by Indian troops along Line of Control (LOC) on Sunday night.
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), Indian forces resorted to unprovoked cross-border firing in Nikial Sector along LOC on Sunday night, resulting in five civilian injuries including 2 young boys and two elderly women.

As per the statement issue by army’s spokesperson, Pakistani troops responded effectively to Indian ceasefire violation (CFVs).
Prior to this, another 22-year old civilian got injured due to Indian shelling in Battal Sector along LOC.
