First Information Reports (FIRs) have been registered for Ghotki, Karachi incidents which killed three people, including two Rangers personnel, and injured several others on Friday.
As per the details, an FIR of Ghotki blast has been registered at Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) police station in Sukkur. Authorities have registered the case under Anti-Terrorism Act for a hand grenade attack on a Rangers vehicle near Ghotki railway station which martyred two Rangers personnel namely, Imtiaz and Fayyaz, along with a civilian named Ghulam Mustafa.
In addition to it, another case has been registered by Liaquatabad additional SHO in Karachi at CTD police station for a cracker attack near Karachi’s Nazimabad Underpass on Friday.

The FIR includes various sections of murder, attempted murder and terrorism.
The attack targeted Sindh Rangers vehicle posted near one of the Ehsaas Emergency Cash Programme centers. The incident killed one pedestrian and injured six others.
According to security officials, the attacks on Sindh Rangers have purportedly been jointly carried out by MQM-London terrorists and members of Sindhi nationalist groups.

Prime Minister Imran Khan, Governor Sindh Imran Ismail and Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah have condemned the attacks and an inquiry has been ordered to find out the culprits behind destabilizing the peace in the province.
