Upon hearing the arguments, the court then, ordered FIA to register a case against the US citizen.
Prior to this, FIA and Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) had refused to register a case against Ms Ritchie and had requested the court to dismiss the plea.
It is pertinent to know that US blogger Cynthia Ritchie has earlier accused PPP leaders including Rehman Malik, former Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani and former health minister Makhdoom Shahabuddin of sexual abuse.
