The head of Edhi Foundation, Faisal Edhi has tested positive for COVID-19 the second time.
According to details, Faisal Edhi’s second coronavirus test was conducted on April 27 at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) – Islamabad, which again came positive for the second time.
Earlier, on April 21, Faisal Edhi had tested positive for the novel virus after meeting Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad where he donated Rs 10 million to PM’s corona relief fund. His son Saad Edhi, had then issued a statement saying, “He has not been admitted to any hospital and is self-isolating.”
Following his positive test reports, as a precautionary measure Prime Minister Imran Khan was also tested for COVID-19, however, his test reports later came back negative.
