The chief election commissioner and ECP members should resign as Senate elections were marred by corruption and other illegal, immoral practices.
Yousuf Raza Gilani’s win shows that corrupt practices were done during the recent Senate elections, he said.
Prime Minister Imran Khan has long urged that money should not be allowed to be utilized to influence elections, noted the federal minister.
Shafqat Mahmood was also accompanied by federal ministers Shibli Faraz and Fawad Chaudhry. The Education Minister accentuated that ECP is responsible for holding election process with utmost transparency.
