Federal cabinet meeting held under the chair of Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday decided to bring back Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Supremo Nawaz Sharif from London.
Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the government would exhaust all available options to bring him back so that he may face the court and answer allegations against him.
“He left the country using an illness as an excuse,” said Imran Khan and vowed that he would return to Pakistan in due time to face court proceedings which he has failed to do.
“Nobody will get an NRO,” the prime minister reiterated again and said that anyone involved in corrupt practices will be brought to justice. Adviser to Prime Minister on Parliamentary Affairs Babar Awan said that the government has decided to launch a legal battle to bring back Nawaz Sharif and would soon initiate an extradition process against him.
